Golden Gate
After 13 years of living in USA, I finally got the chance to visit San Francisco. I went for a friend’s wedding, but also wanted to explore the city by foot. I had a very busy day walking around from one POI to another, stopped to get some Chinese Roasted Duck (which ended up being the best I’ve had so far), in a very non nonchalant small mom and pop restaurant in the famous China Town. Coit Tower, Lombard Street, the Cable Cars, amazing architecture in between and lots and lots of steps. I think I reached 10k, but definitely was more. I decided to end the cit trek at the famous Golden Gate Bridge, and oh boy, wasn’t it absolutely fantastic? A structure so grandiose and beautiful - it felt like it defies all laws of physics and will outlast humanity in case of an apocalypse. I have a soft spot for great geometry in my photos, this place felt like a huge playground for me. Here are some favorite shots from the session, hope you enjoy.
